Terms and conditions

A deposit of $500 is required for this customized tour. This is required so that we can provide deposits for services,
transportation or accommodations directly to our service providers or hoteliers on your behalf. In order to provide you with the best possible rates, we may use part or all of this deposit to secure the “best available” rates from vendors which may be “non-refundable” at the time of booking.

On this tour, the non-refundable portion of the deposit is: $300.

Deposit becomes non-refundable:
The last possible date for cancelling your booking for this tour without losing the non-refundable portion of your deposit is: Tuesday, September 6th, 2016.

Getting cancellation insurance to protect your deposit or final payment:
Cancellation insurance can be purchased to protect you in the event that your circumstances change from now until the day your tour begins. Call us for details.

Final payment:
Final payment for this tour is due on: Monday, October 31st, 2016.

Cancellation fee dates:
50% cancellation fee: A fifty percent cancellation fee will apply to cancellations made after:
Friday, September 30th, 2016.

100% cancellation fee: A one hundred percent cancellation fee will apply to cancellations made after: Monday, October 31st, 2016.

A description of the services we have or will render:
We’ve designed an itinerary for you and we will help you chose hotels, restaurants, activities and sightseeing routes. We’ll also help you make transportation arrangements that make the most sense for the size of your group and the places which you want to visit. We’ll provide you and your group with a travel escort who will help you schedule each day so that you get the most out of your planned itinerary. Although we try to avoid it, some changes may occur. This is at the sole discretion of your travel escort.

The agreed upon itinerary is a ten day tour called the December 2016 - Christmas Markets

Costs :
Based on 4 paying tour participants:
$5350 per person in double occupancy
$6350 per person in single occupancy

What we’ve included in your tour:
- a tour leader who will accompany your small group (Philippe Theriault)
- land transportation within Europe as described in the itinerary
- accommodations in carefully selected hotels and inns
- 6 dinners & breakfast each day
- entrance fees to all of the activities described in the itinerary
- local tours with local guides in Vienna, Rothenburg and Prague
- baggage handling at all of your hotels (1 large suitcase per person)
- tips (you do not need to tip waiters, guides or services staff during this tour - your tips are fully pre-paid)

This tour does not include:
- transatlantic airfare:

Your tour begins in Vienna, Austria (airport code VIE Vienna International Airport) and ends in Prague, Czech
Republic (airport code CPH Václav Havel Airport Prague).
