DOCUMENTATION: All U.S. citizens require a valid passport for this
itinerary, plus a Chinese visa, the cost for which is not included in our tour cost. Full instructions will be given upon receipt of deposit. PAYMENT: This is a specially organized group tour where a special price has been negotiated and we are requesting that all payments be made by cash or a check payable to Yamato Travel Bureau. HOTELS & MEALS: Our hotels are 4-star properties and are selected for quality, location, cleanliness, comfort and service. Meals included are noted in your itinerary. SIGHTSEEING & TRANSFERS: By chartered coach or van with handling of baggage not exceeding one normal-sized suitcase per person. BAGGAGE: Airline baggage requirements will be advised separately. On tour you are allowed one normal-sized suitcase not weighing more than 50 lbs. In addition, carry-on baggage should be limited to one piece. Wheeled carry on bags are discouraged for motorcoach/van travel. GUIDE: Our tour will be locally hosted, which means you will have an English speaking guide on arrival to each city. GRATUITIES: Are included to porters and wait staff to the extent of the services included in the tour. Tip to the local guides and/or tour director are not included. These are strictly voluntary and should be extended on an individual basis. TAXES: On hotel accommodations, meals and other services included CANCELLATION: After confirmation, the following cancellation penalties will apply: 120-90 days prior to departure, $250 per person deposit is non refundable; 89-60 days prior to departure, 25% of the tour cost per person will be collected;
59-30 days prior, 50% of the tour cost per person will be collected; 29 or fewer days no refund will be made. Travel protection is highly recommended. Travel insurance brochure is included with your tour information packet provided on receipt of your deposit. Air cancellation is separate. Charges for planning and operation are included. All rates are based upon tariffs
and exchange rates in effect as of November 2009, and are subject to change without notice. TOUR FARE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Air transportation of heavy baggage and baggage in excess of the above limit; conveyances used for individual purposes; room service charges; airport taxes and or/passenger facilities fees at airports; wine, mineral water, tea and coffee, outside table d'hote menu; laundry; service obtaining passports, visas or other documents required for entry; other items of a purely personal nature. TERMS OF LIABILITY: Yamato Travel Bureau® and/or travel agents act only
as agents for the owners or contractors providing means of transportation or other services. All terms and conditions under which such means of transportation or other services are offered or provided and the issuance and acceptance of such tickets and coupons shall be deemed consent to further conditions that we shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way in connection with such means of transportation or other person or property howsoever caused or arising. We also reserve the right to change the routings or hotels of the tour outlined should conditions warrant. Should we deem it advisable for any reason to withdraw or cancel the tour, we shall be absolved of all liability upon return to tour members of all monies paid. Right is reserved to decline or accept or retain any persons as a member at any time. The airlines or other carriers concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event when passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. The passage contract in use by the airlines or other carriers concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the passenger.
