AIR FARE: Air is not included in the tour cost. Air fare will be quoted separately using economy class on the lowest applicable air fares which carry restrictions. For deviations from the itinerary, additional charges may apply. Alternately, if you wish to purchase your own air, please advise us of your flight itinerary. DOCUMENTATION: All U.S. citizens require a valid passport with a minimum of two months validity from the date of your return. Visa for Egypt is also required and not included in the tour cost. Visa instructions will be provided once you are confirmed on the tour.
HOTELS: Deluxe hotel, twin-bedded rooms with bath. There is an additional
charge for single occupancy. Cruise arrangements are also categorized as deluxe. MEALS: Meals are included as shown (B=breakfast, L=lunch, D=dinner).
SIGHTSEEING & TRANSFERS:
By chartered coach, micro-bus and/or taxi with handling of baggage not exceeding one normal sized suitcase. BAGGAGE: You are requested to limit yourself to one check-in suitcase
(not to exceed 62 inches in dimension) per person on tour. In addition, one flight bag (not exceeding 45 inches) of a size to fit under the airplane seat may be taken. GUIDE: Philippe Theriault is our tour director and will meet the group on arrival
to Cairo. GRATUITIES: Are included to porters, drivers, etc., to the extent of the services included in the tour. (Tips to our tour director or local guides and not included and should be provided on an indidual basis).
TAXES: On hotel accommodations, meals and other services included in the tour. Charges for planning and operation are included. All rates are based upon tariffs
and exchange rates in effect as of March 2010, and subject to change without notice. CANCELLATION: After confirmation, the following cancellation penalties will apply for land arrangements: 120-89 days prior to departure $500.00 per person deposit is non refundable; 90-59 days prior to departure, 25% of the tour cost, per person will be collected; 60-31 days prior, 50% of the tour cost, per person will be collected; 30 days or less, no refund will be made. Travel protection is highly recommended. Please call our office for a travel insurance brochure. Cancellation policies for air arrangements will be advised at the time flight arrangements are made.
TOUR FARE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Ttransportation of heavy baggage and baggage in excess of the above limit; conveyances used for individual purposes; room service charges; airport taxes and or/passenger facilities fees at airports; wine, mineral water, tea and coffee outside table d’hote menu; laundry; service obtaining passports, visas or other documents required for entry; other items of a purely personal nature. TERMS OF LIABILITY: Yamato Travel BureauÒ and/or travel agents act only as agents for the owners or contractors providing means of transportation or other services. All terms and conditions under which such means of transportation or other services are offered or provided and the issuance and acceptance of such tickets and coupons shall be deemed consent to further conditions that we shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way in connection with such means of transportation or other person or property howsoever caused or arising. We also reserve the right to change the routings or hotels of the tour outlined should conditions warrant. Should we deem it advisable for any reason to withdraw or cancel the tour, we shall be absolved of all liability upon return to tour members of all monies paid. Right is reserved to decline or accept or retain any persons as a member at any time. The airlines or other carriers concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event when passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. The passage contract in use bythe airlines or other carriers concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the passenger.
